What do you do when no one is watching will define where you will end up in life! When no one is watching, do you work for praise? No, you don’t!

Work because you love to do it. And that spirit will carry you along the way of success!

Don’t work for the accolades, work for your pride! Don’t work for the recognition, work for your growth! Fall in love with the process, the process of growing!

Don’t measure yourself with others. Your only competition is YOU! Where you’ve been vs where you are going? Where you were vs where you are going to be?

Work on you! Leave the failed you in the shadows of yesterday. Keep CONFESSING within that you can do it and you will do it!

You don’t need validation from anyone. You are only after your self-growth! Keep growing!!

  5. The time I read, “When no one is watching, do you work for praise?” Me in my mind, “I don’t work for praise even when I’m with the crowd, bro!”😬

    But yes, the more you show that you work, the more demand you get. Harsh reality! When you just work not expecting anything in return, your work falls into the pit like you don’t exist.

    1. Yes, that’s kinda true BG. And we need to show off our work but shouldn’t expect anything in return..

      But what if, you work with expectation and don’t get what you expect ? It makes us hate the work that we do.

      1. Why do we need to showoff our work when we’re doing our every bit? That’s what I never get it.

        I’ve seen it everywhere that they do 10% and show 110% and they get all the love, appreciation blab blah. But, someone who’s done 100% doesn’t get shit coz they didn’t put it on the headlines.🤦🏼‍♀️🤷
