I thought you were playing a prank on me;

But it was the worst I felt when you really meant it.

I am cursing myself, it shouldn’t be in my fate!

You had reasons to quit me, but I have reasons to rebuild!

Can you please listen to me? I can still explain…

But you never did that, you left me in the middle of the sea!

You broke my trust, stay afar, and don’t come back to polish your lies!

That love was buried and I am healing;

I will be alright, and you need to know that the sun is shining and I still exist!
